Since 2013, I’ve produced commissioned content for companies across tech, media, publishing, healthcare, entertainment, and construction — spanning B2B, B2C, and SaaS environments. My work has evolved from editorial and SEO writing into content strategy, product storytelling, and AI-era search optimization, including SEO, AIO, and GEO-focused content systems.
Below, you’ll find a selection of published and commissioned work spanning long-form content. I have published additional blogs, news articles, and magazine pieces. I have also ghostwritten thought leadership, editorial writing, and marketing strategy content, along with book, report, and campaign copyediting.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
Sampled AI articles on my personal blog:
- Job Displacement: Who’s Most at Risk — And What Biases Are Being Amplified?
- AI Job Loss: Solutions, Skills & the Ethics of a People-First Future
- AI in Everyday Life: Where It’s Already Showing Up (And Why That Matters)
Sampled commissioned AI articles:
- Where does AI make the biggest difference in employee experience?
- What are the main features of intranet platforms for secure scaling in highly regulated sectors?
- Which AI intranet search tool is right for your enterprise?
I’m deeply interested in the transformative potential of AI, not just as a technological shift, but as a human one. My work approaches AI with curiosity, adaptability, and optimism, while also exploring the broader social, ethical, and psychological questions that accompany rapid technological change. My writing aims to bridge technical conversations with human-centered storytelling, examining both innovation and responsibility in the AI era.
COMMUNICATION
Sampled commissioned employee communication articles:
- Creating Cultures That Work for Everyone — And What That Looks Like at Staffbase
- Building Influence & Cultivating Respect in Internal Communications
- The Best Employee Satisfaction Survey Questions for Measuring Sentiment
- Choosing the Right Communication Tool for Your Organization
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Staffbase, I worked at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and enterprise storytelling to help large, distributed organizations move from content delivery to clarity systems that enable AI to safely support employees.
My blog work spanned research-backed guides, practitioner strategy, culture and people writing, and AI-era content built for both traditional and generative search. While much of my recent commissioned work sits at the intersection of AI and enterprise communication, the full list reflects what I care about most: writing that helps people inside large organizations work, communicate, and find belonging. (Jan. 2024 – May 2026)
ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
Before pivoting to enterprise content, I spent years as a Senior Reality TV Writer, producing high-volume, SEO-optimized entertainment coverage including cast interviews, episode recaps, and cultural commentary. I focused on meeting fast deadlines, maintaining a strong voice, and connecting with my audience. (Nov. 2020 – Dec. 2023)
CONSTRUCTION
For five years, I ghostwrote content for the construction industry, including trade expertise, project storytelling, and B2B copy that required learning fast and writing with authority in a field that isn’t mine. This is where I developed the discipline of making complex, technical subjects readable for the people who actually work in them. (Winter 2018 – Summer 2023)
PET HEALTH SECTOR
I’ve also worked as a blogger and social media specialist in the pet health space, creating educational content and building engaged audiences for a brand where the stakes feel personal. Pet owners are passionate readers, and writing for them requires both accuracy and warmth. (2019)
NEWS/FEATURES/OPINION
Early in my career I managed editorial operations for four weekly newspapers under the Herald Democrat umbrella, leading a team of more than 20 across planning, production, design, writing, and editing , while also serving as Style Editor for Grayson Magazine. This is the role that taught me how content works at scale, on deadline, across formats, and with real community stakes.
PRINTED PUBLICATIONS
Beyond commissioned work, I write for myself, including poetry, short stories, and a personal blog exploring trauma recovery, empathy, and human rights. My creative work has appeared in Turning Pages (Technische Universität Chemnitz, 2020–2025), Aletheia: The Alpha Chi Journal of Undergraduate Scholarship, Acumen, and Suspension literary magazine. I’m naturally curious about most things, and that curiosity tends to find its way into everything I write.
